Overview
Westec offers on-site technical services to ensure the best maintenance and continued operations for our customers’ drying system equipment. Our field service personnel are qualified in both the mechanical and electrical functions/disciplines of our systems and in their correct maintenance and operating procedures. Westec field services target safety, preventative maintenance, operating efficiency improvements, and operator training to keep our customers’ systems in top operating order.
Call on Westec for service assistance related to the following:
- Dryer system performance/operating problems.
- Repairs, resurfacing or replacement of drum tracks and trunnions.
- Control systems, troubleshooting or improvements, including P.L.C. conversion.
- Operator training, including hands-on instruction for drying systems or related equipment.
- Rotory Drum repair, replacement/change-out assistance.
